Matthias Ossard

Founder

With over five years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, Matthias Ossard founded Crimson Ops to turn security research into practical offensive tools. His work focuses on helping organizations identify and address real-world security risks through penetration testing, purple team exercises, and custom offensive security tooling.

For 3 years, Matthias worked as a penetration tester and purple team consultant, conducting security assessments and adversary simulations for a variety of clients. He gained extensive experience in offensive techniques and practical defensive measures during this time.

In addition to his professional work, Matthias develops security tools for both offensive and defensive purposes, including CrimsonEDR and NimBlackout.
